As a Shuttle Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether transporting guests, patients, visitors, and associates, assisting with luggage, or providing information and wayfinding support, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service.
This posting represents multiple Shuttle Driver opportunities across Towne locations. Specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment.
What You’ll Do
- Safely transport guests, patients, visitors, and associates to designated locations
- Conduct vehicle inspections and document vehicle activity in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately
- Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, luggage assistance, and service-related needs
- Create positive first and last impressions
- Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality

Driving Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and ability to meet client requirements
- Additional certifications, physical examinations, or endorsements may be required based on vehicle type, site, or assignment
Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $16–$17 per hour.

Physical Requirements
This position regularly requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, stoop, kneel and reach
- Lift up to 100 pounds
- Push and pull luggage, wheelchairs, mobility equipment, and other guest-related items
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while entering and exiting shuttle vehicles throughout the day
